Personalized Affirmations ...customized to your needs

Your gift recipient and I partner together for a one hour coaching session during which we design a set of custom affirmations specific to your goals and visions.  After our appointment, I will finalize the affirmations and record them for you.  You will then receive a link via email to download your affirmations to your iPod or a CD.

• Three 60-minute coaching sessions in a month.
• Brief calls or e-mails between sessions if desired.
